- The person willing to be associated with the company as Distributor understands and agrees that company’s rules regulation, terms and conditions and commission system etc.
- An application form (Distributor Application) can be submitted by any person having contractual capacity, who is resident citizen of India and Age is above 18 years.
- Distributor has not been forced or pressurized by any body to join JMP as Distributor.
- I agree to become a distributor of JMP Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and participate in its system.
- Demand draft should be in favor of “JMP INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.” payable at BHUJ. cheques are not acceptable.
- Distributorship fees will not refundable under any circumstances.
- The distributor shall commence his/her business from the date of acceptance of his/her application by the company and his /her business distributorship shall be valid for 12 months from the date of
acceptance of his/her application.
- The consideration for the distributorship will be one year after registration with JMP. Distributorship can be renewed by paying the renewal fee decided by JMP.
- This company deals with product based plan. We promote the product as mode of being associates.
- This is not an investment plan.
- Distributors will be referred as IBD (Independent Business Distributor).
- Every person treated as an independent distributor of this company and performing their business according to the network marketing plan.
- A Distributor is required to assist his/her down line Distributor.
- In case of any correspondence with the company, the Distributor's should always quote his Distributors ID Number.
- It is the responsibility of each distributor to advise JMP INFOTECH PVT. LTD. of any changes to account details, such as email address, postal address, and phone number.
- Your arrangement with the company is purely linked with your performance.
- In case of death or lost of contractual capacity of Distributor, nominee shall become the Distributor of the company.
- In the case of server error company will not be able to instantly provide details to the customers and the customers are requested to please bear with the company during such odd hours.
- The company does not allow any transfer or sale of the Distributor ID.
- Company reserves the rights of alterations amendments and decisions from time to time as required.
- The Company reserves the right to change or amend without prior notice, partly or wholly the Rules herein as and when it deems fit and necessary to do so updated rules can be seen at JMP Official
website( www.jmpinfotech.biz). The change could not be subject challenged by anyone.
- All Products shown in images are imaginary.
- JMP INFOTECH PVT. LTD. is not bond for marketing any kind of products by the demand of independent distributor.
- Products warranty and services are as provided by respective manufacturers. Prices, Brand and Models are subject to change without notice.
- Company anytime change / modify / cancel any products with notification on our website –(www.jmpinfotech.biz).
- It is mandatory for all the JMP distributors to visit our website [www.jmpinfotech.biz] regularly to see the recent Changes / Modifications / Updating .
Note: With each form one should attach a photo copy of PERMANENT ACCOUNT NUMBER (PAN).
- The payout of distributor for every week will be released on next week.
- All rewards will be distributed within 90 days.
- TDS will be deducted as per govt. rules from payout and also admin charge will be deducted.
- Every distributor pan card number should be updated in system. If not updated 20% amount will be deducted from his weekly payout.
- The company reserves the right to increase or decrease the admin charge.
- The company does not guarantee any definite income to any Distributor. All the earnings of the Distributor shall solely depend upon his/her performance.
- We Have include 15 day free look period in joining, so if you not satisfy with our plan, structure, policy, product & terms & condition you can take back your amount after deduction of admin charge
mentioned in our plan.
- The Company has the right to block his/her all commission, if any achiever joins any other networking related company.
- Company which suspend any distributor for fraud, misrepresentation breach of contact unfair activities with the company.
- In case of any dispute between the company and the distributor(s) regarding interpretation of or exercise of any terms of this agreement, the option of the Company shall prevail. However, if any
distributors is aggrieved by such decision, the disputes may be referred to the Arbitrator to be appointed by the Company and the proceeding will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of
"Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996". The award given in such proceedings shall be final and binding on all the parties. The award shall be subject to Jurisdiction of court only of the place whether
the registered office of the Company is situated.
- Disputes of any kind between the company & Distributor and vice versa shall be subjected to BHUJ jurisdiction only and shall be settled accordingly.
- By signing this form, Distributor acknowledges that he/she has thoroughly read company’s terms and conditions mentioned in the Application form and agreed the same.
